Pat Butcher


Pat Butcher serves as the Senior Pastor of Family Worship Center in Carrollton, Kentucky. In 1988 the Lord led Pat to found the church with 35 people and has been blessed to see it grow to over 600 members. Pat’s sense of humor and approachable style encourages a family atmosphere where people grow from sound, Word-based teaching. His candid, yet warm delivery of the Gospel appeals to people from all walks of life, and cultivates a sincere and fruitful faith in the flock. Pat is married to his lovely wife Brooke and they have two godly children, Carson and Giana. Pat is a relationship-driven leader who is gifted in building rural community fellowships. He relies on the Holy Spirit to keep his ministry real and relevant to the social and spiritual issues that challenge rural and expanding communities. His primary vision is to continue growing the regional church in Carrollton, and to impact the surrounding ten counties with the message of Christ and the power of God. He has also been directed of the Lord to plant forty Word of Faith churches throughout the rural areas of Kentucky. From these efforts, three churches are already thriving in Grant, Campbell and Bourbon counties.

Josh Pennington


Josh Pennington is the founder and Lead Pastor of More Life Church, located in Newark, Ohio. Josh studied communications at The Ohio State University and expanded his learning at RHEMA Bible Training Center, a small private school in northeast Oklahoma. He is a certified coach, speaker and trainer with the John Maxwell team. Josh is a husband and a dad. As a husband to an amazing wife and a father to four great kids, Josh understands many of the demands that life places on people. This understanding is a key driving force which makes him passionate about seeing people empowered and equipped to reach their full potential in Christ. Josh is a gifted communicator who is incredibly enthusiastic about helping leaders lead like never before.

Joy Weinzierl


Joy Weinzierl has assisted her husband, Pastor Jerry Weinzierl in pastoral ministry at Grace Christian Church since May of 1984. Joy  loves the work of the church and feels privileged to be part of the team at GCC. She considers herself to be her husband’s number one supporter and her role at the church as a helps ministry to him, whether she worked nursery duty when her children were small to now having opportunity to teach at the weekend adult services and help build the church and grow the Kingdom of God in a variety of ways. Jerry and Joy were married in 1976, have three adult married children, and several grandchildren.  They love serving the Lord together as Senior Pastors of Grace Christian Church in Sterling Heights, MI.
